  • When you provide your email address, we automatically create an account for you.
  • We use magic links for authentication, meaning you will receive a link via email to log in securely.

2. Free and Future Premium Services

  • Fire Safety Score offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. The web version offers free basic analyses.

3. Use of Fire Safety Scores (Disclaimer of Liability)

  • The fire safety scores provided by FireSafetyScore.com are for informational purposes only.
  • These scores are generated using a third-party Large Language Model (LLM) and may not be fully accurate or comprehensive.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any score, nor do we take responsibility for real-world safety decisions based on our information.
  • Users should always consult certified fire safety professionals for official risk assessments and compliance guidance.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Website for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the fire safety scoring system.
  • Use automated tools or scripts to excessively request data from the Website.
  • Impersonate others or use fake email addresses to create multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

  • We collect email addresses and search history to improve user experience and offer product updates.
  • We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and may use Umami for analytics.

We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from:
